It's the first time order here, I order for a chicken vegetable porridge to pickup. After she gave me the order and I already got home, I tried for it, it's not chicken vegetable porridge, it's a pumpkin porridge. I called them, they want me go back to there store and exchange for the correct one. They took the pumpkin porridge back and try to give it to the correct person…Her attitude was so rude, she gave me the wrong order and it caused me to go back again. She didn't even say sorry, it seems like my problem...Never go this store again…

BEST. KOREAN. JOOK. IN. NYC!! Honestly, it’s as good as a home-cooked Korean meal. Recommend the Miyeok(Seaweed) & Beef Juk. It filled me up instantly. This is my go to dish here in & service is awesome when you ask for refills on the sides. The chopped spicy radish & JangJorim (marinated shredded beef) is the best!!! Flavorful!!! Highly recommend whenever you’re feeling sick or hungover!!

Unlike the other reviews, we had excellent customer service. The waitress was courteous throughout the dining experience. Though I m not a Korean speaker, it's easy to tell that she answered the phone calls for delivery and takeout efdiciently and professionally. Now the food wasn't bad but it wasn't overly great neither. For the price, I would have like for the Kimchi Pancake to be more crispy. It did pair nicely with the Mung Bean drink, though The Kimchi Octopus Congee was nourishing with a firey kick.

This place reminds me of my childhood. I love coming here to grab some porridge, especially on a cold day like this. It's the perfect comfort food when you're sick and is easy on the stomach. The abalone one is the best! Can't recommend this place enough!
