The Omni is lovely. The staff at Bongo is rude, and the coffee has a very odd taste. Our latte and Americano were ok. There is a weird aftertaste that I am not sure how to describe but with I did drink mine. My daughter threw hers out it was so gross. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The staff is rude to say the least. Coffee is horrible and overpriced. Save your time and money. There are plenty of other options nearby that are not inconvenienced by their customers.

The snacks and coffee are fine, it’s the disdain from the service staff that made it bitter. 6am at a coffee shop, you gotta come to work already warmed up. Won’t be wasting my time and energy here again.

I think I was given a small, even though I ordered a medium, and couldn't taste coffee or caramel sipping cream in the "Broadway," just milk. Very disappointing!

Be prepared to spend a pretty penny! 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees came out to $40 for us. Very nice atmosphere and service was okay

Upon venturing through the quaint streets of this fair city, I found refuge from the pedestrian crowds and the lackluster offerings of the omnipresent Starbucks in a charming establishment by the name of Bongo Java. Ah, what a serendipitous discovery it was! The moment I stepped across the threshold, I was enveloped by the aromatic embrace of freshly ground coffee beans—an olfactory prelude to the delight that awaited. With an air of anticipation, I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte, a concoction that promised indulgence without the saccharine guilt. Though the wait was akin to the anticipation of a fine wine's uncorking, it was a small toll to pay for what was to be an exquisite café experience. And when the latte graced my palate, it was nothing short of revelatory. The harmonious blend of robust espresso and the delicate whispers of vanilla, all without the crutch of sugar, was a testament to the barista's mastery. Yes, the queue may mirror the morning's languid pace, yet such is the price of perfection. In a world where haste often leads to the culinary mundane, Bongo Java stands as a beacon of excellence. It is not merely a coffee shop; it is a sanctuary for the senses, a place where the art of the barista is alive and thriving. To those souls weary of the banal and the corporate, I say, venture forth to Bongo Java. Therein lies a coffee experience that will surely compel you to eschew the siren call of Starbucks, and embrace the local, the artisanal, the extraordinary.

Service was not good at this location, the Belmont Blvd location is my favorite! As others have stated food is overpriced, but expected due to the location and convenience. First and last time spending money at this location.
