Bonefish Grill

Visiting Pensacola and found Bonefish grill for dinner oh yummy, had mahi mahi with shrimp, hubby had shrimp and steak, was spot on with flavor and cooked perfectly. Waiter and other staff was very attentive!

Went last night to celebrate our anniversary. Waiter was very friendly, and our drinks and appetizer came out fast and tasty, however the rest of our dinner was absolutely atrocious! We waited another 30+ mins for our salads, waited another 30+ mins for our entrees. Manager said there was a "malfunction" with our order, was a "timing issue". We were served the wrong sauce on the entrées, my fish was raw. I gave it back to the manager and didn't have the desire to wait another 30+ mins for a replacement. Our other fish dinner was good however. Also took our deserts to go, since we had already spent 2 hours and 30 mins, trying to eat dinner. They even got one of the deserts wrong. Didn't have the desire to even wait for them to correct it. Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had, and ruined our anniversary. The manager did do her best to make our bill "right" though, which was fair enough, but we will never return to the Pcola location ever again.

I went to the actual restaurant to place a to go order. I ordered Bang Bang Shrimp Taco’s with a side of Jasmine Rice, a House Salad and a piece of Cheesecake. The Jasmine Rice was not in the bag. It was my understanding that the cheese cake came with Melba Sauce and there was no sauce on the cheese cake. I didn’t think I had to check the bag but next time I will.

First time visiting a bonefish. Collin was the best waiter we could have asked for. We had a great time at our 3 year anniversary and they were also doing a special event which looked really fun to try. Food was 10/10. Would definitely go back again!

Absolutely incredible, not only was the place beautiful but the food was magnificent and quick too. I enjoyed every aspect about my experience. And a huge part of this was due to my server Collin who did an amazing job of being there exactly when I needed him and, he also gave the best recommendations. I will definitely be back to this amazing establishment.

Just attended “Prisoner of Love” wine pairing dinner. Food delicious, service excellent and wines chosen well. Will certainly look for the next wine pairing dinner. Thanks!

I'm giving it 5 stars because I do love this place. My last visit after dragging my friends there that wanted to go somewhere else we unfortunately did have a hiccup in service but Alfonso was top notch in making things right and apologizing professionally (filled with no excused but accountability). I do appreciate the manager, Alfonso. You understand customer service. You understand keeping a standard. You made what was a turn off from coming back worth a shot at redemption in the future. Thank you Alfonso! Btw the food was NOT the problem. It's so good and so are the drinks!!
