You need to pay more attention to cleaning cutlery and glasses. There were dirt and lipstick marks.
Wonderful service and wonderful food. I would really like to commend the manager Jason (from Crocker Park) as he took excellent care of us and excellent care of his staff. As soon as we were seated after a slightly longer than normal wait he came to see if we needed anything. Out of all the restaurants I have been to in my life he helped his staff more than I have ever seen and it really showed in their appreciation. Hats off to you Jason.
I recently attended the 4 course wine dinner and everything was spectacular. Filet was cooked perfect and hot, everything came at a great pace, server was helpful. Definitely recommend.
I have been looking forward to going to Bonefish Grill for a long time. It did not disappoint. The location my wife and I went to was in North Canton, OH right off of I-77. You can see it from the interstate whether traveling North or South. It's on the West side of the freeway. We stopped for lunch after going to the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. We had an appetizer of Calamari with Asian Bang sauce. WoW... delicious is an understatement. I personally have only ever been served marinara sauce with Calamari. That Asian Bang sauce took it to the next level. The top level. For the main dish, I ordered Orange Roughy that had a crumb coating and a lump crab with wine sauce over the top. There was half of a lemon on the plate as well. I squeezed the lemon over top of it all. Again, absolutely delicious. The taste was phenomenal and the topping made it all the better. The two sides I choose to go along with the fish were Garlic Whipped Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts with a Kung Pao sauce. I like lumpy mashed potatoes, but nevertheless, this potato dish was very good. The Brussel Sprouts? That was another WoW moment. The Kung Pao sauce made this a fantastic dish. The service was great. The facility was clean. And the food was delicious. What more could you ask for? We will be back.
Usually a reliable option but they seem to be slipping fast into the depths of the "chain drain". Knowing that most of the food is reheated and served I was recently disappointed in a seafood pasta that seems to have been stored or cooked in over salted water. The pasta was, normal -no complaint. The sauce was nice but watered down. The shrimp and scallops were atrocious. Overly salty and looked dark. The mussels were good but not good enough to save the dish. I'm not one to send anything back but at the servers encouragement I gave the kitchen a second try. Same results, poor quality seafood. The manager stopped by and provided a very poor explanation and an offer of a desert.
It was okay. A bit overpriced for average quality fish. Probably won't return
They have a really nice social "Happy Hours". Recommend the bang bang shrimp and the ahi tuna pokes. They have the best crab cakes around. The blueberry lemon drop martini is superb.
