Great place, food and great service. The manager Gil, and our server Hannah was so wonderful, if you ever come, ask for either one and you want be disappointed.
Let me just say I’ve been blessed to have Hannah 2x’s!! She embodies professionalism, the manage (Gil) for the evening of 4/23/24 was so kind and was gracious and hands on! We will definitely be back!
Came back to Bonefish grill tonight and our server Regina was the best server we've ever had , anywhere! Give her a raise!
Food was fresh and very tasteful and very moist, it was a party of 9, waiter was outstanding and satisfied our every need, we go there again, had reservation for 3:30 and not many people were there yet on a Saturday afternoon, very nice and quiet
Absolutely love this place! Food is super fresh and tasty! Nice variety without breaking the bank. Love the smoky smell of drinks from the bar. Servers are polite without being too overbearing. Drinks are bit expensive, but totally worth the experience. Great date night place! Update: Since Covid, the service and selections have declined. Last visit there I had rocks in my scallops... Twice. They were less apologetic after the second time. They didn't charge me for the scallops, but did for the replacement dish of shrimp scampi. (Please like this review- I'm only 9 away from Expert Level!)
My husband and I dined at Bonefish today, (4/6/24)and probably for the last time. Unfortunately, Bonefish has slowly deteriorated over the past 5-8 years. We used to be weekly customers of Bonefish Grill. The menu has been and is stagnant. We know the long time bartender Tom who is usually very nice. Our server today (Elysia?) could have cared less about her job or customers. The restaurant was pretty much empty at 12:30. (Clue #1). It has probably been 6-7 months since we visited the restaurant. The server was below sub-par. She did not check on us until about 15 minutes after we received our meals. She was too busy talking the other server we asked for help from. The steak came without a steak knife and the sides were wrong. We stopped another server and she said I will let your sever know. Really???? Besides that, the restaurant begin to smell like a sewer. The whole experience was terrible. My husband who is way more laid back than I am about service said this was the worst service he has ever had in Murfreesboro. We usually leave a 25% plus tip or more because as a former restaurant manager, I know what the experience should be in a restaurant such as Bonefish. We left zero tip. I have only done this maybe once or twice in my lifetime. I felt bad but the service was just downright terrible. The food was subpar but if the service was good, we still would have tipped 25% or more. I think the issue is lack of work ethic in the current generation. They do not care about the job or the customer. They only care about paying their rent and bills. They have no interest in pleasing their employers or customers due to an attitude of expectation. Tips without effort. The Tip culture in America is ridiculous. We just returned from Europe and the restaurant employees are very grateful for your presence because they are not working solely for tips alone. They actually do not expect tips. Longing for the old Bonefish.
Great atmosphere and pretty good food, great mixed drinks and appetizers. Little pricey but great atmosphere.
