Great food

Oh where do I start? Recently went to Bonefish while visiting family, and have to say it was better than I could have ever expected. We were greeted with cheerful smiles, and the wonderful service continued throughout the evening from all the staff (boy are they alert, efficient & friendly). BTW they are also great at giving recommendations if you can’t make up your mind…like me. Ended up with lobster tails and steaks cooked perfectly, and oh you have to try their chowder. It’s so good! Mango sangria was fab and like a glass of sunshine on a cold day. We had such a good time, we came back again the next night. Highly recommend going there, especially for happy hour.

Very clean. Staff is professional. Food is delicious. From the corn chowder with lobster to the imperial something app to the sea bass, all were awesome. Waiting for our key lime cake as we speak. The lull between courses was enough for us to relax a bit. They were very busy. Not too long, though. In any case, the key lime cake hit the spot too. Fresh, cool, lime y . Would return in a heartbeat. Friendly staff.

Always a great experience and amazing food

Terrible service and food. Sat for about 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. Ten minutes later , we got our drinks. They were not busy and had about 5 tables with customers, including us. We ordered the TEMPURA CRUNCH SASHIMI TUNA as an appetizer which is supposed to be a pan seared sushi quality tuna. The Tuna was ICE cold and looked like it had been pan seared the day before. Pan seared tuna is ALWAYS pan seared prior to serving, so that it is somewhat warm , not ice cold and literally at the edge of frozen. I ordered the Grouper special and my wife ordered the Mahi Mahi Schrimp combo. The Broccoli on both plates was way over cooked to a point where it was so soft/mushy that it wouldn't even stay on your fork. My wife's Mahi Mahi , which looked like it came out of a vacuum packed wrapper based on the shape of it , was totally over cooked and dry. Her shrimp was also way overcooked. My Grouper was about 5 inches long and about 2 inches wide and looked like a small cylinder, which was also overcooked. Not what Grouper fillets look like folks and for $30, I'd expect a much larger fillet. The pic attached is what a Grouper fillet should look like. The Risotte was the only decent thing on the plate. The waitress was very nice , but wasn't around much and seemed to spend more time at a table next to us with an older single gentleman, along with another waitress. Why two waitresses were hanging out at the same table is beyond me and basically ignoring us. He must be a regular that comes in 5 times a week. Anyway , we are not the type of people to complain or leave reviews for that matter,BUT we are getting a little tired of paying higher prices for bad service and bad food. Let me guess , can't find anyone to work and your short staffed ?? That excuse is getting really old too. Haven't been to a Bonefish grill for several years , but what I do remember is that bonefish grill used to be on the upper end of quality seafood restaurants, but apparently not any more. We were pretty excited to go to Bonefish for dinner since we left Florida a few years and the bonefish down there was amazing , This one was pretty disappointing. Just a Follow Up. Filled out their “form “ 3 days ago and haven’t heard a thing back. Which is fine , because we are not looking for or accepting any freebies , coupons etc , but needed to let folks know about this Bonefish Grill.

We enjoyed a delicious meal here last night! The crab legs, slaw and fries were delicious! We always love your bread and dipping sauce as well. Charles did a 5 Star job serving us, too! We love eating here and we will be back soon! Pat Hardin

Took my wife there for her birthday. We both ordered Filet mignon and LobsterTails. Her's was perfect, but my steak was not. They did bring a second one, and it was excellent, our server was very nice but over loaded due to a staffing shortage, so some things were slow coming. After the manager made the correction on my steak, the food was excellent. Somethings went wrong, but they made satisfactory corrections and overall the food and service was great.
