Please tell me I'm dreaming? You guys got rid of the best sauce in your company? What in the world!?! Our company orders every week and we are all scratching our head that the sauce for the wings is missing. I can't remember the name of it but really? Now you are like every other place. Ugh! Heartbreaking. We have to find a new place to eat

Super flavorful, fresh food. Great presentation, great price, great staff!!! This one is a new regular spot for us!!!... I was able to meet the owner, and he really cares about his business, his family and his employees. He's local to Tempe and I highly suggest supporting this type of business!!! This is a great value for a great price!!!

This place is the spot for Korean fried chicken. Never disappoints. If you didn't know, Korean fried chicken is the best in the world. Never eat any other fried chicken ever again.

Update: unfortunately, it appears they have changed management here…and it’s noticeably worse. Online ordering seems to be constantly broken, service inside the restaurant has dropped dramatically, and the food does not seem as fresh as it used to be. Pretty bummed, but I’ll continue to go back occasionally to see if they improve. Went from 5 ⭐️ to 3 ⭐️, and even that is being pretty generous. Seriously some of the best fried chicken (soy garlic) I’ve ever had. I make sure I plan a trip in this area at least every other week just so I can stop by and feed my cravings! So happy we (AZ) finally got one of these!

Maybe the food is better at the resturant. $100 for delivery and the food was not good. Everything was dry dry dry. The rice, the chicken, even the chicken in the bao bun. A handful of fries for the price was outrageous.

Walked into the store at around 8:20, Drove all the way out from maricopa in a rush as we didn’t want to show up right before close and disrespect the workers. However when we got there the hostess had told us that they had closed the kitchen and were not accepting orders for takeout or dine in. As a manager at another respectable restaurant that is ridiculous. I would be in serious trouble if I pulled something like that at our restaurant. If the kitchen is closed at 8 then the hours of the store should reflect that. Wasted my time and gas coming out here just to be turned down.

Food is amazing but their service is horrendous. Waited 52 minutes for our first plate and even then, the cheese wasn’t melted. When the first plate finally came the water cups were empty and only then were they able to refill. I understand a busy atmosphere but there were only 5 tables that were parties of 4. Left completely disappointed. Update: they replied to email them, which I did and no response was given.

Love their chicken, they're very crispy and flavorful but wish there was more flavor selection. There are only 3 choices; soy sauce, spicy, and just fried. Spicy is too spicy and fried is very bland, so it only leaves me with soy sauce flavor which is very yummy but basically there's only one flavor for us to pick. I do not recommend other "korean" items. My 4 star rating is only for chicken. No comment on other items on the menu. I tried ttuckbbogi, buldak chicken, and bibimbap and will not comment. *4/5/24: updated my star rating. This place went downhill. I used to like their chicken but now they're burnt, hard and soy garlic sauce was super salty, we could not eat the rest. Their new flavor, yangnyum sauce is similar to the popular Korean yangnyum chicken and it was better than soy garlic, it was ok. Pork in pork bun was hard, overcooked, and not chewable. I spit it out. The pork was so hard, it hurt my teeth to chew. They forgot the tteokboki in my to-go order last time (it was not in the bag when i got home). I called right away to request refund on the item i didn't not receive but they never answered their phone. I called several times. I sent the corporate an email for refund too but received no reply. Regardless, I decided to give them one more try for old times sake and this time, i made up my mind not to go back. They almost forgot my food again, a girl had to chase me down to my car to give me the missing food. I mentioned to her that something like this happened before that you guys forgot my tteokbboki and the girl didn't comment. All aside, the bottom line: Food was NOT good. I usually don't leave negative reviews (if i have something bad to say, i just won't say anything) but this time I'm very disappointed X 2. It's a shame. Their food used to be yummy and fresh. Check your bags before you leave when you order take out. Sometimes they're missing food.
