Every time we come to Vegas we eat here. Everything is delicious! Our favorites are the Korean tacos, fries, wings, and my personal favorite—tteokbokki!!
Who runs this place ? You seem like a horrible business man. You have your staff super short and stressed. Your food is coming our over cooked. Ya using old oil to save a buck ? Get your hand in your pocket hire more people and uphold the standard. Everything was horrible. How do you screw up pork steam buns. Always nice to chew on leather In response to reply The main issue seemed to he understaffed over stressed workers. Who ever was in the kitchen was being a rude person to the servers. They kept ringing the bell non stop in a obnoxious to frustrate the servers. The other big issue was the oil the chicken tasted burnt ans nasty normal signs of old old. We have had excellent Bonchon in Maryland and never expected things to fall apart this bad at a location. We where there a total of 78 minutes. That is unexceptable when you order the pork buns and a small order of wings. And this was lunch time.
Customer service wasn’t great, probably a rough day. Came in for a 4pm pick up and the staff was cold and the order which was placed at 3:30 wasn’t ready until 4:15. Not a packed house probably some issues with order management.
Food was good, all in all pretty good for take out.
Picked up my order. Left out my fries. When I called, no apology. Just said u could come back and pick up (30 minutes) or credit on next order. The food is great but I’ll never do back.
Ordered 10 Wings and 5 Drums with a side of seasoned fries. The fries were good but the wings and drums were lacking in sauce drastically. It was as if they were running low on the sauce and we ordered normal fried chicken. Chicken also felt as if it was left in the frier for too long, a tad bit too dry. Would overall have been a better experience if a proper amount of sauce was used.
I used to love this place a lot. It was my top 3 favorite Korean fried chicken restaurants. However this time the chicken was dry, looked like it was overcooked. Last time I had fried chicken, it was so juicy, hot, and full of sauce. Perfect combination for crispy skin and tender meat. I liked this place, so I hope the dryness is just a one time thing.
