These beauties' are like a wagyu lobster shrimp; so tender you chew with your tongue. We soft boil them and soak them with real butter and a house lemon pepper. These are not to be missed ;)

This 24-hr slow smoked brisket is sauced and rubbed with a secret blend that we can't even tell you the name of; after a full day of bathing in delicate pecan wood smoke its pulled apart by hand and the fat is separated out... then chopped up and fried to make crispy brisket cracklins added to the chopped up crust and minced smoked garlic before being added back into the pulled meat. The fat is skimmed from the drippings and they are rendered into a unique sauce that everything is tossed in. Its a sloppy, decadent mess that will turn your tongue inside out with happy ;)
