I love this place. I have been coming here since it is first opened. Very consistent quality. The boba is always cooked to perfection. I like that they use broken rice on popcorn chicken. Good atmosphere to study or to chill. Highly recommend it. Chrysanthemum Milk Tea is divine

6/18/2023 I came to this small restaurant, nice service, wonderful food. Good location, will come back again. Parking: Just parking on the street is ok.

My popcorn chicken took a little while, even though there was no line. I also ordered it, not spicy, and it came out mild.
