Hyderabad Biryani & Grill

We had food at this place before and we liked it. So I decided to have dinner with family on Valentines eve, the Atmosphere was good and hence given a star, but overall, the Valentines arrangement was disaster, the buffet had choices, but the food was not coming. Families were waiting sooooo long for refilling. Felt bad for manager and other staff as they were taking the heat from all customers. But people lost patience as they were h-angry. For my family, the entire disaster turned funny as we left, saying, "Good Dinner is soooo Normal" , "bad dinner" creates memories, and we laugh over entire chaos again and again.

Food first 3 times was so good and as any restaurant around here the past two times (dine-in and take-out) the food has been very mediocre to almost don’t want to eat! The pepper chicken instead of dry came as gooey blob and mushroom masala a thick orange something. Both had no flavors. The tandoori roti was so dry, like papad. Biryani seemed to hold taste maybe saving the dinner a bit. Service was good too. Clean place. Come on guys do better please do not change chefs or quality now that you are getting slightly popular. Will try one more time else we will go someplace else.

We came very late but the cashier did not refuse to take the order. The food was served fresh and it was delicious. The cashier was very good and gave good service to us. Insha Allah we'll visit again

Chicken biryani was authentic... just amazing. Must try their biryani. Very very authentic in taste. The Rose Lassi and the Sweet Lassi both were pathetic to say the least.

One time visit. Don’t think I would be visiting this place again

Ordered food online for takeout. Ambience was good however food was full of garam masala and no salt. A bad first time experience. Haven't tried their buffet yet.

The ambience is good, the service is good, but the food was awful. No flavor, no taste, just greasy oily expensive dishes

Was pleasantly surprised by the weekday lunch buffet. Extensive selection with a number of items like dosa, idli, vada,poori, naan served at the table upon request, soups, indo chinese items, a number of vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees/appetizers, couple of desserts and masala chai. Almost everything seemed fresh except for a couple of items (barbeque chicken, chilli idli). All the gravies were well made. Excellent value too. Service was pleasant. Restaurant is well decorated and spacious
