I really enjoyed my visit to Bombay Flames. The impression that I left with is that Bombay Flames is a small, most-likely family run restaurant. The décor and atmosphere is simple, family-style with expected ethic flair. The food was fresh, delicious and truly homemade. The menu is quite diverse and yes, be careful about the level of spice, this is authentic Indian cosine. It took a good while for our food to arrive because it was likely made to order and there was probably only one person cooking for the entire restraint. Several families with kids were in the private party room and I assume they placed a big order. The service was good and attentive, though my wife and I chucked when the server asked if my wife wanted a white or red Chardonnay. :) Sometimes a little language barrier makes it even more enjoyable.
Family owned restaurant ,Excellent food, Fresh and tasty every time, good service. Go and support them.
Exploring the city we wanted to check out Bombay flames on a Sunday night. The service was really good and they really tried to answer all our questions and modify the dishes as we requested. They ask for spice levels and we asked for 2 for kids and 3 spice level for us. But if you are an average spice eater do understand that level 3 was pretty spicy for us. Just FYI They don't have any bone in options for chicken which I would request them to have atleast one of it. We had ordered the non veg platter which came as a sizzler as was pretty impressive. The laccha paratha was an hit with my kids and husband. Chicken Afghani and Chicken Curry were good too. They are the service fee in the bill which on upon asking looked like that has added the tip already for 4 of us. Rest of our experience was good with the Resturant.
Very slow service. Won’t be going back
