Food was good, a little expensive, I guess I'm just used to free chips and salsa the different type of chips were really good though.
My sister and I went to lunch here and had a great meal. It was her first time there and she enjoyed it! Our server Kim, was kind, upbeat, happy to be there and made good suggestions for our meal selections. Thanks Kim! Bomba Tacos > Barrio tacos for sure. Their tacos are curated well, so you don’t have to try to build your own and end up with some Frankenstein taco that’s not good. Wish they would bring back the tuna poke taco, and the happy forager (I think that’s what it’s called, but it’s got mushrooms and it’s delicious) but there are plenty of other good choices in the mean time. Lucha Libre (chorizo & potato) is a staple, as is the Baja (crispy) shrimp. My favorite at the moment is the Plant Lover, two shells makes for a pretty good size taco and wonderful textural differences (although I wish they put cheese between instead of guac, which is still good). If you haven’t tried Bomba Tacos, you need to!
The street taco are amazing and Ashley is da bomb at Bomba!
Kim Eggert was friendly and knowledgeable
Ashley at the bar was fantastic!
That was the most mediocre Mexican food I’ve ever had. We got 4 tacos, 2 sides and salsa with chips. The mango salsa was yummy but the chips were stale. The plantains were amazing but other than that, the food was rough. Ordered the mango rice since it said it was a top item but my jaw hit the table when they set down what looks like 5 min microwave rice with a few pieces of mango hidden in there. The tacos weren’t as bad but just weren’t tasty. You’re better off going to some mom and pop taco joint.
Enjoyed the Friday night band RikoShay. Lots of fun, good group, friendly atmosphere and good tacos.
Bartender Ashley was amazing and took great care of us. Made great drinks and recommendations. 5 stars all day long.
