Great spot for a quick, healthy meal. Good size portions and fair price. 1st time here and I liked it more than CAVA and way better than chipotle. Way better.

The food was great! I think I forgot to inhale. Amazing flavor. I’ll definitely be back.

I visited this location on the evening of 9/23/23 around 6:30pm. I was initially served by a nice woman who was friendly and professional. Another gentleman was tasked with cooking and serving my roasted salmon. The salmon was severely undercooked, so I took it back to the gentleman. He claimed that it was “company policy” to serve meat and seafood “rare.” I politely corrected him and requested another bowl. He obliged, while insisting that meats are served “rare” at Bolay. He was also inconsistently wearing gloves. Please retrain this individual.

Really clean food and nice customer service

The plan was to eat at cava, but then I said why not give this place a try. I should have turned around and walked out, but I did not. They did let me sample the food, and again I should have turned around and walked out. The meet was cold but in metal stir fry pans on the hot bar and looked on unappetizing on the line. There’s too many different flavors going on and you can tell that they are trying to stand apart from all the other fast, casual bowl style restaurants. Unfortunately, if they don’t get there temperatures under control they will have a lawsuit. The food really was not good and I threw away pretty much all of it. Unlike some other reviews, I believe Salmon should be cooked to medium rare that’s the be way to eat it. However, I think that chicken should not be served cold. I also do not understand why you are charging $.75 for tomatoes a scoop of cherry tomatoes with no flavor. The cold pesto, rice noodles really lacking flavor. The lemon chicken was congealed and cold. The teriyaki chicken again had a weird filmy look to it sitting on the line. The guacamole was brown and had no flavor. The service was good, but I just think that because they’re not busy they are keeping the food on the line minimal amount but it just looks dry and old. My husband got steak and they had to make it because there was a few pieces there left on the line that were dried up and gross. I asked if they could make more they did it didn’t take long, but it came out looking like they boiled it in water. It lacked flavor as well. For the price that we paid was not worth the cost of possible getting food poisoning. You definitely got enough food, but the quality was not there and take a page out of chipotles book when it comes to food temperatures on the lines because like I said, you will have a lawsuit. This is why we both could not eat the food. It was just not appealing. Like my husband said he is trying to wrap his head around all the different things in the bowl because the taste was just bad.
