I placed an 80 dollar order. Pretty simple, straightforward order. 20 piece all dark meat and a few sides. After an hour, I received someone else's order. I reordered through door dash. Bojangles called me, after another hour passed and said they didn't have 20 pieces of dark meat because they, " were about to close and were not going to drop any more chicken". That they would give me, "what they had left". I've worked in the food service industry for almost 20 years. I'm speaking from experience when I say, that is extremely unprofessional and very pathetic customer service. A mistake is understandable when it happens. Willingly doing less than the bare minimum is inexcusable. Especially after making such a mistake. Sadly, it's not the first time I've had such a terrible experience from this bojangles. Poor customer service will bring down reviews for a restaurant much faster than substandard food.
