I ordered 2 so called fish sandwiches and fries for over $21.00 and the fish was so flat and hard you could barely see any. It was horrible. Nothing in it but crust.
The little white second shift manager needs to be fired quickly why because she is as bad as the blk females at bojangles on barns st Quick to feed her Mexican friends and drug buddies and go back behind the counter and not wash her hands and say everything is nice and hot but when you get it it's hard enough to take out 6 old guys teeth and loop warm and biscuits are hard to but anything to make a sale to a fool that young fool will do it but her Latinos buddies who.s screwing her get.s better service than any other customer the ho at bojangles on 135 second shift needs to be fired. And all of them on barns Street in Reidsville most definitely needs to be fired .sorry workers.
The food was delicious but, the staffing numbers were horrible, the shift that was working during my visit was so skeleton, they literally only had one person per-various stations with maybe three employees total working. The wait time on food was hyper extended. The staff was stressed but they got it done.
After church stopped for lunch, 15 people in line. Took a while to get order. Don't believe had sufficient staff. Tiny chicken legs ? Two bites. Only get 1 side now.
Chicken was decent, I didn't love the fries or the bo-tados.
I will never go to this Bojangles again! I was asked to pull up to the newsstand while my order was being made. I waited 45 minutes as I was in a zoom meeting . My children told me that the manager and staff got in their cars and left. Upon me entering this store I asked what happened to the food I purchased? The new manager struggled to give me a refund due to having to refund a customer was new to him. No apologies were given... We ended up at KFC where the service was much better.
The workers don't wash their hands or change gloves between register and packing your food. They NEVER have fresh chicken , it is ALWAYS old and cold. Gotta go to Greensboro to get good food. Ridiculous!
Food was fresh. The girl working the drive thru was very friendly and made sure that they had fresh food for me. It was a pleasure talking to her. In fact I thanked her for being so nice and upbeat.
