Please Please please start over with management and staff. Horrible customer service and so RUDE. Always out of chicken???
Horrible. Ordered inside and was ignored for about 7 to 8 minutes. Once I placed my order, it took another 15 to 18 minutes to get it. To top it all off, the chicken wasn't even fresh. So, like a dummy, I went back two weeks later, and the same thing. It was one car in the drive-thru, and I get the same greeting: "Welcome to Bojangles, someone will be with you shortly," and five minutes later, nothing. This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever seen. Health rating is an 81. I can believe it.

The reason why is because they are slow. Everytime I go there I have to wait. I mean turn off the car wait.
This is the second time in the past week that they’ve had a 15 minute wait on chicken. Two Wednesday afternoons in a row. This place is poorly run.
Everytime I go there is always a long wait, no matter on if there is a line or not. My last visit after I ordered I sat in line 15 minutes before I eventually just left. This was around 10 am on a weekday. It would have been nice if people were made aware that there was a hold up when placing a order. There's no way the wait should be that long to order simple breakfast items. Update: 8/9 Decided to try again, ordered 2 breakfast biscuits. Get to the window and boom... we're our of biscuits it will take about 10 minutes. I requested a refund. How are they out of biscuits when they serve chicken and breakfast all day. They should always be available. This place is the worst and should be shut down. That or a new staff needs to be hired
They charged me 10.15 for somebody else’s meal when mine was only 7.29 then try to tell me it’s fine because it was the same price when it obviously wasn’t, I didn’t have time to sit there and try to correct them but y’all need to teach your employees how to confirm what someone ordered before charging them…
