No biscuits No drink with my meal I paid for.. Get rid of the entire staff…

Very good experience very welcoming very patient suggestive selling nice and pleasant. You don’t get that very often. Miss Teka Brown was the person on the intercom drive-through. You don’t get that very often. She was very sweet very patient and you don’t get there early in the morning, I’ll be back, great customer service

Need to use better cups for soft drinks. Styrofoam doesn't hold the tops secure. The service from the window is lacking as they're not paying attention to customer care

I had a Steak combo upsized with Bo rounds , and a orange juice, another steak biscuit and a potato pie ubered to me . The Bo rounds , ketchup and pie were missing and the steak was very salty and the biscuit was hard , can't even eat the other biscuit for the saltiness !!!! I must add though , this is the first time I've gotten bad service from my Thornton Road Bojangles , hopefully it won't happen again , because today I just wasted my money !!!!!!

I could hear the employees cussing and just standing around when there could have been other things I could have be doing

As always, good food better price

The food is always good, but the service is terrible. Everyone working there has an attitude, and they cuss up a storm where everyone can hear it, and they don't care.
