Bojangles

Awesome place!!!

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and was told to park, 7 other cars were helped in the mean time. 25 min later I went in and they had completely forgot about me and my order. They only wanted to comp me a berry biscuit. Which I never wanted or ordered.

Stopped at Bojangles in Lebanon last Friday 2/23/2024 around 6:30pm (weekend prime time for fast food restaurants right). After standing in line about 30 minutes (there were only two other people in front of me) The shift manager I’m presuming, announced that they are all out of chicken tenders for the rest of the night. Needless to say I was utterly disappointed since the tender family meal is the only thing I typically buy. I ended up still getting 2 half gallons of tea (which they made fresh), some lemon wedges, 2 family Cole slaws, and 6 sweet potato pies (which were also made fresh). It took an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready and bagged. To add insult to injury the lady shift manger picked up my pies with the same gloves she had just taken payments with. Needless to say I will not visit this location again unless the general manger is onsite. (He actually takes pride in excellent customer service)

Whoever the 2 girls were running that place this evening were top notch! I hope they are valued and making decent pay, they were pushing out large orders ALL BY THEMSELF and killing it with a smile on their face. Those are the type of people you want working for you, seriously!

Just went to this location and ordered a medium Bo Round. The potatoes were stuck together and not completely done. I had to throw them in the trash. Waste of money

It's a fast food place, but it's got a good crew and is being run well.

First time trying Bojangles and the chicken was so good!!
