Bojangles

It was okay, not great. They used to be great, but not any longer. I hadn't been to this particular location in at least 2 years due to a raw chicken incident. I decided to give them another try and my wings still had the feathers on them. Battered and fried. Call me picky but you can't tell me that I'm the only unlucky customer. They were not busy ant there was only one other customers at the drive through. Nope... won't be back anytime soon. It's a shame because this location used to be really good. 😔

I waited for ten minutes in the drive through and then waited for another ten minutes to pay for and receive my order so I left without my food. I really don't know if "Bo knows chicken" as I never received mine.

Foods good.Just not enough sides

Fresh and green biscuits, all the way around and friendly service. Recommend this store for breakfast and if you're bad enough, come back for supper. Liked it!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been eating at Bojangles for years, and I’ve always appreciated the atmosphere. For a fast-food restaurant, it’s always been pleasant and relaxing. Today, at the South Parkway location in Huntsville, AL, the food was what I’ve come to expect. Reasonably fresh, and our order was accurate. That’s the good part, and had the service been anywhere close to what I’ve come to expect, I would give this location 4 or 5 stars. However, there were too many things for me to overlook. First, after my family and I ordered, my wife took my kids to find a table. I walked out to the dining area to talk with them for a moment, because there were multiple people in front of me waiting for their food. I began to get concerned, because I could see the pick-up area, and people who had been behind me in line were getting their food and leaving, but my food had not been prepared. I went to the counter, and the people fulfilling the orders could not find my grill slip. Ultimately, they had to get the manager involved. He printed another ticket, and then abandoned my order to work the drive-through, in spite of the fact that we’d been waiting nearly 20 minutes for our food, and there were already 4 or 5 people working the drive-through. Anyway, we got our food eventually. The normal pleasant environment was not to be had, due to an employee who was on break. She was sitting two tables away from us, listening to her phone on speaker at full blast. Not only that, she was also vaping inside the restaurant, which is a violation of local ordinances. Also, the self-serve station had no straws, napkins, nor plastic ware. This used to be a good restaurant for me to take my family to. The food is still good, but the service we came to love is long gone. EDIT (4/3/22): Came back after a long hiatus, and found things haven’t gotten much better. Waited for 10 minutes at the counter for someone to take my order, but evidently, they’re only serving customers at the drive through. The employees at the front counter were only filling Drive-through orders. One employee mumbled something unintelligible at me and then walked away. I finally gave up, went to my car and got in the drive-through line. Had to repeat my order multiple times. The person on the other end evidently wasn’t paying attention, because they kept repeating the order back to me incorrectly. Took over 20 minutes of sitting in the drive-through to finally get my food, then had to go back inside to get the dipping sauces. Oh, and the fries were mushy and undercooked. Coming to this restaurant used to be a good experience. The food is usually good, but despite the franchise owner replying and saying they’d address my previous issues, it’s not really worth the trip. Any mention of improvement appears to be pure lip service. Don’t waste your time as obviously nobody, franchise owner included, seems to care at all about customer service anymore. Getting food here is an exercise in pure frustration. If I could change the rating I gave them before from 1-star to zero stars, I’d do it.

Food sucked and person at the window was rude

We got the best service today from Bryan Pippen. The drive through was crazy busy, but that didn’t change his great attitude. We got service with a smile! Refreshing these days! Thank you, sir!
