The staff at this location are absolutely horrible! Poor customer service doesn’t even begin to explain how nasty and rude the employees are. I don’t know what would make someone be this awful to another human being. I stopped in on 9/22/23 at 7:30 after spending the entire night and day at the hospital with my father, hoping to relax and have a much needed hot meal. Instead I felt as if I wasn’t welcome in this restaurant. The lady taking my order practically threw my tea at me with the lid half off it resulting in me spilling it on the counter. She offered no apology, just rolled her eyes and walked off. While eating I could hear the staff laughing and joking about “that guy who spilled the tea” Like I said before I don’t know what would possess someone to be this nasty to another person. I seriously hope the company does something about this staff’s behavior, wishful thinking I’m sure but maybe someone will read this review that has the power to step in. I honestly didn’t encounter a singe decent person in this store. Anyone reading this please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This type of behavior is just simply unacceptable.

Mannnnn where do I start my fries were cold tenders the size of my pinky finger and they were hard. All the fries look like the one in the picture below with no seasoning. I’m over it 3 supreme dinners all !!!!!!!!

I got the 3 piece dinner and it's hot & fresh. The biscuit is so fluffy and soft. It's so good.

The steak biscuit was hot and delicious once I got it. The drive thru line was slow and inside seemed to be disorganized. I believe it was due to the employees covering many different jobs due to staffing shortages. If you don't mind the morning wait, it's well worth the visit.
