I ordered a Cheddar Bo-Biscuit and Hash Rounds at approximately 10:30-1045, and I was very disappointed. This is the first time I've ever ordered a Cheddar Bo-Biscuit this time of the morning and it was cold, not only was the biscuit cold so was the Hash Rounds. I was very, very disappointed. I don't know if I will return to this location anymore or not. It probably doesn't matter to the front line, but it would to me because it is a part of my job as well as the cooks.

This is not my first review of this bojangles and if I could leave 0 stars I would. Every time I come here I get the worst service. Today a lady was making my food and decided to leave it there half way done so that she could make the order for the guy behind me in line. After she gave him his order, she finished mine and I was left with cold mac n cheese and a cold biscuit and 3 tiny supremes. I didn’t speak to a manager because based on other reviews the managers aren’t much better than the awful employees here. Someone needs to fix this.

Coming from up North, I haven't been to a Bojangles in a while. This location did not disappoint me at all. Oh, and them BoBiscuits with the berries in them. OMG

I know Triarc doesn't care but I just left their restaurant on 42 in Garner. Biscuit was smashed under the Cajun Pintos which were under the chicken (2 piece white) so it was smashed. The Cajun Pinto cup was about a 1/4 inch deep, no more. I feel like I've been robbed.
