This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been too. Every part of our order was wrong. The food was gross. We pulled over at the gas station next door and threw the food away. 15min and $15 wasted
Horrible experience with the manager. My online order was to be picked up at 6:15. I placed it at 5:12. Then she preceded to tell me it’s MY fault because I didn’t come in and place the order??!!!!
Pulled up at Bojangles drive-through Tuesday evening around 7 PM. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order at the ordering billboard. The car behind me, drove around to the actual drive-through window. After they left, I pulled up to the window and the cashier told me my order total. I told her I never ordered because I waited over 10 minutes and no responded up on the ordering intercom. Then I was told that i couldn’t order at the actual drive-through window because there are other cars behind me in a process. No order, I just drove away. Usually never had any issues. Is that right? If that so you’re losing customers, business and money. Where was the person to take my order at the menu Billboard intercom?
Got in the drive thru right at 11 and told our sandwiches were frozen it would take 4 mins...... No problem I love a fresh fillet however after 15 minutes and no sandwiches I was a little irritated then two cars were pulled and served before I got my food. Now going on 30 mins and no food or updates. I had to go in get my food and catch attitude from the workers and didn't even get a sandwich hot enough to melt the cheese..... The breakfast crew is on point here though, always quick quality service with a smile.

Terrible, I stood at the counter for 5min with no other customers around and no one would wait on me, I heard some people screwing around in the back. I'm down 2 weeks a month on business, but I'm never going in here again.
