I swear every time I go to this location it gets worse and worse. Today in September 2023 they were out of chicken and macaroni and cheese. In the drive-through speaker was broken. 15 minute wait for them to cook food and there was no one in line in front of us. Food is ok. Slowest service in Concord. Twice now they were completely out of chicken. How does that even happen???? Drive through is always at least 15 min, usually much longer. In the 10 years that has been here, it doesn’t get better. That’s why I very rarely go. And each time I go I’m reminded why I don’t go. Update May 2023: no better. Tried them again and they were out of chicken. Again. All they had were tenders. How does a chicken place run out of chicken over and over for years. I wish a competitor would open something close by.

Good place for a spicy breakfast chicken and egg sandwich.

Barf had to throw my whole order away. Disgusting food. Also, Too much salt with the fries. Waste of money

My total order was wrong even tho I repeated it 4xs. So disappointing and too far to turn around. Now I guess I'll go to KFC.

Absolutely the worst chicken ever

Drive thru person was rude , cashier rude , food nasty. It cost nothing to be nice and friendly. I said please and thank you and no reply. Total unacceptable.
