They give us wrong orders with BAD ATTITUDE and I’m sure they will not be open for long and THAT IS RIDICULOUS!
Great food, clean.
Went and ordered a chicken biscuit. Nastiest biscuit I've ever tasted in my life! Tasted life a sponge.Was so disgusted didnt even want another biscuit. I used to work at Bojangles so it's sad to see the decline in service over the years. Wish I could give negative stars!
Over fifteen minutes wait after ordering with no one else in line.
The cashier was super nice. The food and getting it was not good at all. I got my food through the drive through brought it back in for some hot fries. I didn't end up with hot fries cause it was taking so long, I had leave to go back to work. This is the third time that the food has been crappie. This is also the 3rd time I have given the benefit of the doubt. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.
Today I went to get food and they gave me the wrong order and the lady told me to wait 20 minutes for my new order and BAD ATTITUDE and it’s bad customer service and I’m sure it will not open for long and it is RIDICULOUS!
Food is good and staff is friendly when and if they acknowledge you due to being understaffed. Half the time the doors are locked. I wabt to like and support this location but have been disapoiunted too many times to go back.
