Bojangles

Went through the drive-through here waited 30 minutes… Once we finally got our food, they forgot our drinks and said I’m sorry you’ll have to wait through the line again to get your drinks she said because they had too many customers to serve…. Where did 30 more minutes for two large drinks……..

Very rude people had an attitude about my order and they left there microphone on to where I can hear them talking rudely about my order called the manager she was just as rude

Every time I go to Bojangles something is always wrong. I ask how long has the chicken been sitting they say it just came out (LIES) So when I get home it's dry and oily. I call back and then they want me to come back wasting my gas. I ask for fresh fries and they get an attitude. I just try not to go to the one on hwy 278 in Covington. I go to one in a different area when I'm out just so I don't have to go there for attitudes and cold food .

I waited for 20 min in drive thru line to only get about midway through it. I ended up leaving. Dont come here.

Worst place to go they charge 3 times for order and said credit card didn’t go thru ended up paying cash and they had charge credit cards

Last Sunday on January 7th. I was waiting to have my order taken. And there were two young Blk men outside cleaning something out. Then a third middle aged Blk gentleman came out. They were cussing and talking trash. The best part of my experience was the two young ladies working in drive thru. One was a nice Blk lady & a nice Caucasian lady tht l believe was taking all the orders. This was around 10:30 or 11 am. But if you allow your employees to cuss while ppl have children in their cars is unacceptable . As a paying customer. I would prefer not to hear such vulgar language while trying to place my order . So disappointed. Other than that. Everything was great. Thx. Tonya Edwards

Poor lady was overwhelmed and overworked. But big smile and great attitude.

I stopped in to get something to eat with my grands, we were greeted with positive energy and professional attitude. Thank you
