Went there for the first time, the service was really good. Food was not as good as expected.

So. Slow. So. Slow. Soooooooo slow. Not the employees faults at all. Management needs to hire more staff. We have been waiting to get seated for 20+mins just staring at 5+ tables needing a cleanup. Staff also needs to get trained on prioritizing tasks. Seat your waiting customers FIRST and PLEASEEE hire more people.

I ordered and waited and watched (NOT A JOKE) the entire restaurant go from empty to fully seated and all tables FULLY SERVED and I had not received anything not even my rice…after the last table was served I waited another 10 minutes and then feeling insulted I left. I don’t know if I will return in the future as it was out of my way to come here in the first place

The waiting time is longer than expected. There were spots but nobody is texting the wait line. The food are okay, portion is a bit small. the pot is suitable for cool weather.

Me and my boyfriend arrived at 6:10pm into an empty restaurant and proceeded to watch 4 other tables who come in after us get served. We didn’t order anything complicated, just beef. They brought out a soup that wasn’t ours, I alert staff and they took it back. Thought our food would ACTUALLY COME promptly after this. After prepaying our parking and paying again due to the wait, we decided on just leaving. We left at 7:00pm. Usually I have good experience here, but this wasn’t it. I don’t think we will return to this location. Poor service.

My second time and this time it was much better! I like the fact the hot pot is kept warm and veggies are so fresh. The seafood hotpot did have a generous serving of pork. Also, tofu dish was excellent! Service was quick and attentive.
