Clean and quiet. Fair prices. Excellent massage. First time that I tried the 90 minute session. You really get to experience the total body pampering. Felt like a dream! There are so many options to choose from, too! I gave a 4 because one of the 4 saunas was unavailable. My partner and I loved the jacuzzi, and the cold pool, as well as the saunas that were working. It was a birthday gift that I got to enjoy. Totally worth it, plus it's in Brooklyn.

Ok... I really want to support this place. But please.... hire professional masseuses. It felt so bad having paid so much for someone to be playing on my body.

Loved it! First time and won't be the last. The staff was great, food and drinks were good and the vibe was so relaxing.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage therapy session with Johnson, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease. He displayed a remarkable level of expertise and skill throughout the session. Their technique was flawless, and it was evident that they were highly knowledgeable about the human body and various massage techniques. What truly stood out to me was his professionalism. He maintained a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism, creating an environment where I felt completely comfortable and respected. Close attention was paid to my specific needs and preferences, ensuring that the massage was tailored to address my individual concerns, as I have chronic back pain. This personalized approach made the experience even more enjoyable and effective. Overall, I cannot recommend Johnson highly enough.

I have been to this spa multiple times. My most recent experience was horrible. Up on arrival I check in. I got my regular disposables bikini and flip flops. They charged me for my services upfront. When I finished my getting my facial there was a puddle of water in-front of my locker. It was disgusting. The whole area was unclean. On top of it, a weird lady pacing back and forth not sure if she was struggling with mental health issues or not. But it was very disturbing and uncomfortable. So much so I was hurrying to leave the spa. It was very uncomfortable and not clean. I left asap. Upon leaving I gave them my card again to check out. And when I got in my Uber I noticed they charged me without telling me for the flip flop and disposable bikini without my authorization. I called immediately and told them what occurred and the lady acted as if that was acceptable. I have NEVER been charged for my disposables and flip-flops . So not only was it uncomfortable and filthy I received unauthorized charges. I called my bank and reported it and they started me a claim and took my money back. Yesterday the bank reversed the charges telling them what I reported was untrue etc. so i’m writing this report to say this spa doesn’t do good business. You can’t trust then hence the unauthorized payment and it’s not a clean spot. I wouldn’t recommend them overall.

I forgot how great this place is. There have been some renovations since the last time I’ve been here and the vibe & service is still excellent. Came for a facial with Chantelle, left glowing ✨ I’ll definitely be back now that I’m in the area again.
