We have been coming to this location since it opened way back when, it's our go-to spot for date nights. Tonight was our last time. The newly expanded dining area is too trendy and not in keeping with the ambiance of the original restaurant. We had a great view of the beautiful streets of Worcester (porta-John and all) while we dined. The server was sweet, but her lack of knowledge and ability to do the job well added to the poor experience of the evening. She was clueless and clearly not trained well. She poured our seconds on water touching the mouth of the pitcher directly onto our glasses as she poured - so unsanitary. The food was not great, although a couple of staple items were consistent at least. My drink was horrible, tasted like watered down juice (was an alcoholic beverage). The manager was busy schmoozing some women at the bar and while he seemed nice enough, the entire experience fell way short of our expectations, based on the dozens of times we have dined here through the years. We definitely won't be back. Sad.
Clean attentive service polite Great food nice friendly staff
Every bite of food was delicious, service was excellent, cocktails were perfect and loved the new extension. Look forward to coming back.
A paella without a socarrat is not a paella, it’s just yellow rice. The Tortilla Española was way too thin, overcooked (by design). The Jamón was basically only the fat, not the actual Jamón. I will not be coming back ever again. This is not a tapas place, this is an overpriced restaurant where the menu is in spanish.
It was a perfect night, the food and service were outstanding.
The tapas options are the perfect size to try a few. The cheese platters were so good. I got the dessert French toast with fruit which tasted delicious and would highly recommend. The wine flights are also paired up perfectly and were very good.
