We are from MI, and we called them to cater a 40 person, business lunch and learn event at the school. They were very workable, everything was very timely, and the food was great!! It was a very big hit with the participants of the event. Great job, thank you very much. Very pleased with the results.

The brisket here is amazing. They hooked me the first night I tried it. It had that crispy, blackened top with that perfect smokey flavor. And the meat pretty much melts in your mouth because it's so tender! The cornbread s equally as good too. I'm not a fan of sweet cornbread but this one has just the right mix of sweet and regular imo. It hits just right! I love the variety of sauces also. You gotta try em all! :)
