Am I expected to wait till 7:15pm for a dinner break?
Drink taste good, except we realized after leaving the drink did not come with popping boba as advertised for the drink we selected, we also found a metal shaving inside the drink. Luckily I discovered it instead of my 3 year old. Donuts were good I suppose. Ceiling was all torn up. Not just a little bit. Had mold, water leaks, holes, wires and zip ties hanging from it. Not sure what’s the deal there. Tables and self serve machine (can only order on self serve machine) were super dirty. No on cleans it. Food and drink stains in table. Gross. Self serve machine was gross as well/ finger prints and other I don’t know what. The gal beside the self serve machine also had a trail of ants. I probably should’ve left right there and then. The kids behind the counter were nice at least. Minus forgetting my popping boba. But that’s ok they looked under staffed and over worked.
I always have brown sugar milk tea. Chizu cream series is a little too heavy for me.
Found Bober originally on a work trip in Sacramento and the kids loved the surprise cups. Found this location and tried the mochi donuts and been back many times. The owner is super nice and really inviting. Come in on Tuesdays get the $1 mochi donut with a drink special.
One of my favorite boba place around Bay Area. It gives an pink aesthetic great pleasure. Mochi donuts are so delicious!
On a Saturday I decided to take a drive and had a taste for a sweet drink on a hot day and came across bober tea. My first thought was wow It looks cool inside with all the pink decorations, so I ordered the supreme strawberry green tea. The taste was good, nice and sweet. The only downside is they don't take cash. You have to order on the touchscreen machine and It has the full menu there. Bober tea sells mochi donuts and lattes as well. The prices are between 6$-$7 for the drinks. Friendly staff and pretty clean inside, I will have to try the donuts next time.
