Bober Tea & Coffee

Atmosphere wasn’t the best . More of like to go kind of place. Boba was more bitter than sweet. Staff was okay.

Did 0% Chizu Black Tea, baristas made a mistake without chizu, after fixing it, the cheese was just sprinkled on, they were cheap with the cheese, drinks came out bland, only probably 5% of the normal cheese amount. Normally love bober tea as we’re from the bay, bober tea is also usually very viet owned but tastes here were sort of off. One top of that bathroom was employees only, uncommon unlike other locations (my grandma desperately needed to use the restroom). Also gave off mean girl vibes. Baristas also said sorry quite passive aggressively among me just politely telling them their mistake, when the tea came back it seems it was diluted, now at dark as it came out, tea was diluted as well, and again with just a minimal amount of cheese. 3/10/24

I love this place. I love the drink.

Last night was my very first time at this bober location in midtown. I ordered a classic Milk Tea and a Thai Tea. Very good! Classic milk tea was too sweet even with 50% sugar they had no problem fixing my drink. The spot is very nice instagram worthy. Sadly no seating other than a sofa or the dirty swings. Customer service; very nice girl in front she guided me through the menu and answered all questions and offered to take a picture of me on the swings. The girl in the back was also nice she brought out drinks even helped girl in front announce drinks. Overall experience 8/10 they could have more sitting drinks are too sweet. But also very welcoming and nice and warm in there. CLEAN THOSE SWINGS!!!!

This location is so weird. The worker said Because I asked less ice so that the bottle can not full!! What?? The boss is that knid cheap to run a business?? No more next time for this location.

It’s a very cute spot! The first time I went, the drink was still very sweet despite reducing it to 25%, but the boba was so fresh and amazing. My friends and I all enjoyed how fresh the boba was. The second time I went, my jasmine milk tea was perfect but the boba was hard and not very good. My friend’s oolong did not taste like oolong. So overall, seems like it’s either a hit or a miss.
