BOBER TEA & COFFEE

This place was a blast for my daughter and I. So many photo moments built into the restaurant with their decor and design. They even offer events upstairs with a ball pit! Pretty cool spot, the boba was excellent, coming back for mama daughter dates in the future.

I usually go to the Bober Midtown or South Sac location. If you like pink, roses and unicorn, you have to check out this Elk Grove location, and live your Instagram dream! Oh, they even have a ball pit on the second level. The décor is over-the-top but in a fun girlie way. They also have to justify charging $7-8 for a drink. I usually get the Mango Green Tea or any seasonal fruit tea. It's always good and refreshing. My second go-to is the Brown Sugar Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with stir-fried boba. It's insanely good and addicting. You can't leave without getting a box of mochi donut that comes in a cutest pink box. Black Sesame is a MUST try and staple for me. They better not take that away as they roll out new flavors each month. **Every Tuesday $1 Mochi Donut with a drink purchase. **You can't order a box of 3 mochi donuts on their website ahead of time. You have to order in person at the kiosks.

Place was beautiful but poor customer service. No one at the front to greet customer nor to ask if we need help. It was my first time here so was confuse trying to order from the kiosk but eventually got it. All the worker seem too busy to be bother. And i try the mochi donut. It tasted dry. Doesnt taste fresh. Flavor was okay. Could be better.

My drink was too sweet and she would not remake me a new one they wanted to charge me for a new one . I already spoke to the worker and asked her that i didnt want it to sweet and it still came out very sweet. there was no option for sweetnessn the kiosk either for brown sugar. Never coming here again manager was not helpfultold me to call hr. Wth this is a drink not a house . Even when we first came my daughter asked to use the bathroom worker said it was locked and that the manager has the key and she left . So .. it was weird because it seemed they didnt want us to use the bathroom very disappointed because the place was beuatifull but not the workers

Horrible service. I come here at least once a week and today they lost my business. I ordered two of the exact same drinks however my drink tasted like pure milk and no taro or sweetness. My daughters drink tasted how it should. I took one sip asked if they could remake it or give a refund they denied both and her reasoning was she made it correctly. I get this same drink every week and it's just not right was for sure made wrong. I will not be back to this location. As I was walking out another customer told me their drinks are gross as well seems like she needs some more training.

The aesthetics here are quite superb for a boba shop. There is a private loft area that I assume is for private events. It’s quite pink in here and I may get my man card suspended for saying this but, I enjoy the atmosphere here. I ordered the 4x bacon & cheese “coins” and a Supreme Pink Pear Green Tea with stir-fried boba. The drink was quite refreshing. Just the right amount of sweetness as well. Really enjoying it at the moment. Unfortunately the “coins” didn’t come out because their machine to make them wasn’t working properly. But the supervisor/lead refunded me the amount and even gave me 4x mochi donuts for the inconvenience of waiting. For the record, I was not upset at all but I will take free things if offered I appreciated the gesture. So much that I am going to come here more often to support this business. Excellent service, friendly staff, beautiful aesthetics, clean facility, and good products.

Very cool location. Great for selfies. Donuts were good. $2 upcharge to make drinks smoothies! Worth it! $7.50 for 3 donuts. Cheaper if you go in on Tuesdays. Bring a credit card or a debit card because cash is not accepted
