Food was very good. Our server was attentive and professional. We sat upstairs for the first time. I prefer the outdoor seating which is very special with fireplaces and uniquely gardened with vines. Unfortunately there was a private event and we could not be seated there this visit.

Fancy and delicious!Definitely will be back.

A wonderful dining experience. Everything from the ambiance to the decor to the fun, helpful friendly staff was excellent. The menu is carefully crafted I started with the crispy brussel sprouts which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. For my entree I chose the ahi tuna which was also excellent. If you're near the La Mesa neighborhood, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately the caliber of food here continues to decline. I took my family here for a nice dinner and I have to say, we won’t return. If you want to run a successful restaurant perhaps you should ensure cook times/ temps are adhered to. My medium rare steak was no where near the requested temperature and rather extra well done. The fish seems frozen and not fresh. A simple way to note this is the inconsistency in cooking on the fish. It seems like they are just throwing frozen fish on the pan and frying them. That would explain the dry tasteless “halibut” with a cool center I had last night. It’s honestly kinda sad to see what this place has become, this used to be a family weekend favorite for us.
