The service here is so good - they are always super friendly and seem generally grateful to have you as a customer. The boba is good too, but I’m a sucker for any customer service personnel that is top notch. You’ll find that here.

Honestly this is probably my favorite boba place of all time. This place is really popular, so sometimes the wait can be long for drinks depending on when you go. Like every place the boba pearl quality can vary, but typically they nail it! I also really appreciate that they do these cute little designs on top of my favorite drink (blended taro & Oreo) I’ve received so far: Cat, dog, heart, smiley face

I love this place, especially the Kirkland location. They're very friendly and have awesome customer service. Everything I order has been delicious
