Boba Hut

Going there for years. Food is great. Inside could use a fresh coat of paint now. I usually alternate having their orange chicken, short ribs and the Loco Moco all with rice and the best Mac salad. The Boba drinks aren't my thing but they have those tasty Hawaiian tropical juices. Never disappointed and reasonable prices.

Today I had a terrible experience, I was so thirsty and craving something refreshing and sweet, I took my whole family there and the girl who was the cashier was on her personal phone laughing and talking, having a personal conversation, she didn't even acknowledge that me and my whole family were there waiting to be attended but never happened l, I felt so ignored that I would NEVER go there and I would advise everyone else to avoid the place while this person still on charge of the cashier. Terrible experience I had to walk out with empty hands.

Can only comment on the lack of customer service, I walked in because I was craving boba ,this place looked nice when me and family were driving by ...wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Other people were tho, I was completely ignored by the woman in front, she didnt even look at me, so I just walked out

Great experience and great food! Esther helped me with my order and was quick to contact me regarding an item out of stock then gave me options and even asked if I had a food allergy!! What fantastic customer service!! She’s really good at her job! I told her to surprise me and she put the jelly’s in my smoothie and wowww it’s so good! Thank you Esther and Boba Hut!

Service was great but I do have to complain about the food . We order the BBQ Short Rib plate , Chicken Katsu , Musubi and a Boba drink and this was the only thing I ate today and ever since I was feeling very queasy . I’ve now been stuck in the bathroom vomiting and on the toilet for the last two hours . 100% sure I’ve been given food poisoning from here and it’s upsetting given the fact this place isn’t cheap and now I have to pay for medicine on the side . I hardly eat out and I’m just upset , I’m pregnant so I can’t even take much for the pain I’m in. I just suggest for this place to be more clean and follow all food protocols so this doesn’t happen to other people .

It was packed cuz it's next to high school. The food was quick and yummy.

Hidden gem!!!! 10/10 spam/egg/candied bacon was delicious. My husband had chicken katsu that was so yummy. We will be back, definitely worth at try and great prices too

The Boba Hut Fried Rice & Chicken 勝つ takes me back to when I used to be a regular at L&L in my high school years. It's a shame that some Karens & Terrys, who shared horrible 1-star reviews, do not understand everything about the food industry. My prayers to the employees for their hard work and service, and I hope they'll continue to fight tenaciously and diligently. I will become a regular in this peaceful restaurant until it's time for me to move on. You have my word.
