amazing food for reasonable prices. customer service is also spectacular. I love the friendly and homey ambiance that makes it a comfortable place to dine in.

A nice place to have breakfast with the family. I'm guessing because of the new waitresses I felt a little alienated. The old staff was more attentive and friendlier.Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

The food was very terrible and with only about 4 tables service was slow. I won't be back.

We went to breakfast this morning...a cold morning in Florida. The staff did not tell us, and there was no sign, to say they have no heat! The entry was cold and we had to wait there several minutes to be seated, even though it was not extremely busy (there were 2 parties including the two of us waiting to be seated). When we were seated we waited again and noted how cold it was, while watching other people get up to get heavier coats from their vehicles. After ordering we sat for over 15 minutes noticing cold blowing air from the ceiling and our feet growing colder by the minute. We finally asked for our food to be boxed so we could leave. When i asked about the cold and was told the heating was broken, another staff member said its cold in their restaurant in the winter and hot in the summer. Then i was told to contact corporate to lodge a complaint... which I did. It seems to me they just didn't care whether we ever become repeat customers. Bob Evans, I'm sure, would be ashamed if he was aware of this treatment. I won't go into the quality of their food.
