Charles was a delight both days we visited. He was very professional, kind, and on top of keeping our drinks refilled along with checking on us every little bit. The food was outstanding and on point. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great food and service.

That was the worst experience I've ever had at that Bob Evans we waited almost an hour and never did get our food and so we got up and walked out went down the street.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, because you can tell they are understaffed, and I respect the people that were at least there and worked to a degree….. but my food was so poorly prepared and served it’s crazy. The photo posted is supposed to be some kind of loaded potato's. This is what I got! My chicken noodle soup was filled half way, eggs were old , I stood in line for over 20 mins and again I’m ok to wait cause of the circumstances but waiting that long to have piss poor quality is unacceptable…. Watching employees get multiple personal drinks while people are waiting to be cashed out or waiting for their food is also unacceptable. Y’all need to do better.
