This place is extremely disappointing!! They have a 4.1 for a reason. So when the food comes out so does your check and that apparently means no more service for you including drink refills, Michelle you might have too many tables and need help in taking care of them. The manager on duty Sabrina will look right at you clueless as she walks away and goes back into the kitchen. First and last time dropping in here. Food quality is also disappointing. The only thing I can recommend here is the half and half tea...

Terrible experience will not be going back! Waiting 45 mins for food is way too long for any restaurant! My poor 5 year old was starving.

Love bob evans! Never heard any complaints but…. i ordered their popular burger for togo.. and it was so good but 30 minutes later i was projectial vomiting intensely. Just leetjmg yall know the onions or cheese something on the burger, was not good.

We enjoyed this place and will be going back whenever possible. ☺️ They were clean, attentive, pleasant and cooked good food properly. P.S. No food pictures as we didn't think about it. The food looked too good to play with it. We ate it all. April 2024 Update: I downsized my rating from my previous visit. We Were Very disappointed on many levels. Underside of food burnt, watered gravy, appetizer put on my plate instead of a serving plate for the table, serious shrink-flation on my broccoli portion, the fried chicken breasts were overly greasy and stringy (definitely low quality frozen), we didn't receive the banana bread we ordered. Even the soda was unbalanced and too sweet. We won't be going back.

Always friendly service, good quality food, and reasonable prices

Bob’s has definitely gone downhill. From time to time, I will come here with my daughter and her family to have breakfast/brunch and the most recent time we visited, the food was rather bland and the service was subpar. Good taste good. I was a bit confused on how the plate food was served because it was on a skillet bowl and the bowl was cold and my food not hot. It was watery at the bottom and my toast was cold. I had it changed and the manager was super sweet and understanding. Though my waitress took way too long. I won’t enclose her name here but I am a bit disappointed today. Do hope they improve. I won’t be finding here again. They served me the same plate and one egg that appeared to be two. Not good not good failing twice. And this was the remake Parking: Parking there’s plenty of.

Today was our first time eating at Bob Evans and it was wonderful. Dakota was a waitress. We will definitely be back
