I take my son there for his 7th birthday, this is his favorite place. We get seated and don’t get attended to. A white couple walk in and they are given drinks right away and their orders taken immediately. My son looks at me and ask me what about us? So I just take him across to the street and get him Wendy’s. Thanks for ruining his birthday breakfast!!!

It was freezing inside

The food was great and made in a timely manner, the only reason I rated the service a little lower is because the server went long periods of time without checking in us, but she was at the front chilling with the co workers. We just wanted the bill so we could leave. I had to go get her. But she was really nice I still gave her a decent tip. The atmosphere is cool, even everyone who eats there seems to be really nice, sweet people. I’ll be back on my next cheat day

So apparently I left a note about 2 years ago... I'm updating to apologize to the staff and commend the young lady who took my order. This evening I called because I'd been racked with pain & mustered enough energy to drive and fetch curbside order for pancakes and eggs for dinner. The associate (Tyshina?) was kind enough to find me a good meal price, take my order, (and secure my card when I arrived because the task was too much to manage at that time. Unfortunately, I realized I waited 45 minutes at the wrong location - and livid for a reason that was my cause. I called very late this evening to leave an apology message on the site's voice mail. I was unable. This is my thank you - and apology - for attempting to meet a need. Please forgive my mishap. Perhaps I'll enjoy some pancakes sooner than later .
