There were maybe 4 other tables that were occupied. Why did it take OVER an hour and a half to get our food? I mean, it took forever to get our drinks! REALLY?! I saw those fluffy pancakes on the menu, and I had to have them! Y'all see what I got, right? (they tasted weird too) EVERYTHING on my plates was cold! Sent everything back except the bacon. The crispness was perfect! There's more, but I'm going to leave it right there

SLOW SERVICE… Long wait to receive refreshments and food. The food was cold. The server was inattentive. There was a total of FOUR tables with diners in the restaurant and my group spent close to two hours there!
This was my first time at this location and the food was awful. The eggs were hard, dried out and cold. The biscuits were cold and my guest had blueberry pancakes that were so cold that she had to ask the waiter to heat the syrup just to help the butter melt some. It was not fit to eat. We complained to the manager about the food on the floor near the booth he sat us at but we were ignored. A different manager came when we complained about the food however again nothing was accomplished. I will never suggest eating here.
We visited for breakfast; that is what this chain is known for. On a Sunday morning, the place was staffed by servers that provided excuses for every problem. The coffee we were served was HOT WATER. No coffee. When we pointed it out the server was less than friendly and all but accused us of being wrong! The servers were extremely slow even though they had but three tables, at the most, to wait on. Servers were obviously ill, coughing and sneezing without covering their faces properly. Worse Bob Evans experience in twenty plus years. UPDATE: We came down with COVID the next day! I lost a month of work!
