When people come to eat at this place and then literally sit around for half an hour before placing their order due to them having nothing better to do. Why do I have to wait for them to place my order?

We truly enjoyed our first time visit to this particular Bob Evans restaurant. Waitress was extremely gracious and helpful per her advice of recommendations. Very helpful! Even though we were a long way from home 🏡 we would like to return sometime in the future. Highly recommended 👌 You will not be disappointed.

Waited 30 minutes for the food. I was charged $25 for adult 2 sausage, egg cheese biscuit meal and 1 kids meal. The hashbrowns were burnt, sausage burnt, biscuit hard and cold, eggs salty. My daughters fries and chicken strips were burnt and mashed potatoes too salty. Both of our meals were inedible! Very disappointing and aggravating.

Food was fine but it was the rude staff that will prevent me from coming back to this location.

Food coming out of this restaurant is so slow. It's ridiculous. I waited almost 30 minutes for my meal. It took 10 minutes to get my soda. This is the 3rd time I have been here. I don't think I will be back for a while.

Couldn't get waited on, thought they might be closing at 6pm. 1 waitress. No refills. No banana bread. Waitress never came back after giving us our food. Under staffed & untrained employees. Won't be back.

I have been patronizing this location since it opened. Tonight is the last time I will be doing so. My food was terribly burned, the soup was completely dried up, we had to walk up to the counter to ask for drink refills. The food itself took an hour to come to the table. There were 3 other tables in the entire place! We noted several folks walking out because no one seated them. I am patient when it comes to being short staffed, but tonight was a complete joke. The manager didn't even ask about my having my meal returned and removed from my check. This location should be shut down. It has gone down hill enough that it is an embarrassment to the chain.

Food was not described as on the menu. Food came out cold. Was very disappointing

Arrived before 5pm on a Friday. 6 people in the restaurant total. 20 minutes to receive a drink, 10 more to place orders, an hour and 20 minutes later we had food of terrible quality and decided not to eat after all. Hostess was rude about refunding the meal, assistant manager was nearly useless. Waitress was very nice. Will never set foot in this location again.
