They know we usually get the small hot lattes - mocha with half & half, hazelnut with oat milk then occasionally grab lox & everything bagel! I Love VERVE coffee so it’s always a win for me! I live nearby so I’m also happy about that being that there’s so many coffee shops nearby! Great people & efficient service s well!

S’mores latte was delish but almond croissant was super dry and didn’t even have almond paste.

My husband and I love walking here to grab lattes and sometimes breakfast. The staff is always so kind and friendly and the lattes are bomb! I happily walk past Starbucks on the way to get my coffee here :)

I normally prefer preparing my own healthy breakfast at home. However, This is a convenient café if you need to be in this area early am. It does offer some healthy choices besides the popular fried items. I liked the multi grain avocado toast with sliced boiled egg. Good serving portion to get you going for the morning ahead. Spacious corner parking lot was quiet at 8-8:30am, to enjoy eating outside. With a large americano with milk, the total was ~$17.50 including taxes+tips Parking: Corner lot to pull in, no ticket needed

Always on the hunt for a great cheap breakfast sandwich accompanied by good coffee. KUDOS FOR THE VERVE COFFEE SERVED HERE. Verve is the best "cuppajoe" in LA right now. And they make the coffee well, unlike the Capital One Cafe in Santa Monica which also serves Verve. The breakfast sandwich options run from cheap to regular, so you can find the version you want. Hot tasty and affordable, by LA standards anyway. Well done Boardhouse. I WILL REMEMBER THIS SPOT when I need a pit stop in West LA.

A Hidden Gem in plain sight! Excellent service, great coffee and less than LA prices.
