Food is good but portions have decreased by 10-15% while increasing pricing by 10%. They should be doing one or the other not both.

Great visit during the day time. Make sure to get the special sandwiches.

It's good but it wasn't the best. I enjoyed my sandwich and I didn't have any problems with customer service. I would consider the sandwiches here average. It's a great place to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch. I had the Baja chicken wrap. The wrap has a slight crisp which I enjoy. The chicken alone is very flavorful.

I come here all the time and it's usually amazing but a few weeks ago the cook yelled at me for asking for hot bacon, but today he made my day and apologized and comped me two free sandwiches. This place owns any mistake and always makes it right. There's a reason they have a 4.9 rating... It should be 5 stars.

Overrated. I got the turkey deluxe sandwich and it's average at best.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. First two came out quickly, then a third after 5 more minutes. The last sandwich didn’t come out until we went to the register and asked where it was. Yummy sandwiches, disorganized service. Outdoor tables were not very clean. Music was too loud to talk over.

Food is good, but service is lacking. It took 45 minutes to get my food. The employees are on their phone in front of customers even when there are orders done to be handed out and it’s busy. I get it’s a more lax work environment, but it doesn’t translate well that they care about their customers.

Extremely underwhelmed. This place has a 4.9 rating on Google, but the bread on both of the sandwiches we ordered was stale. What are the odds of two different types of bread on two different sandwiches being stale??? I mean falling apart stale on a Tuesday afternoon. When trying to get it remade, by having them take my meat and condiments off of the stale bread and putting it on a spinach wrap, I was told that will be a couple dollars more. She eventually took the items off my bread and put it on a wrap without charging me. It was just OK after that. I expected much more coming from a 4.9 rated sandwich shop. One compliment is that the Turkey on the sandwich was actually tasty. Just the Turkey. You get chopped iceberg lettuce on your sandwich at a such a highly rated spot. I’d expect that from subway, but not Board & Brew.
