Board & Brew - Tempe

I wonder about this place. Felt as if I was invisible. Workers assisted everyone except me. And they all came in after me! I finally spoke up but still the workers didn't acknowledge my concerns or offer an apology. Parking: Shared parking with other businesses in rearof building. Very cool sandwich shop. Retro surf and skate board memorabilia on the walls. The beef dip sandwich was very good and filling. I also enjoyed the sauce that came with the grilled cheese sandwich.

Grew up in San Clemente, CA, where they had board and brew. Now when my parents come to town we come to board and brew every time. It's the best! We love the sauce! I love to get the San Diegan on Baguette. (Secret menu)

food was bland and the order was incorrect. when we told the worker she just said “oh it shouldn’t be” and walked away. she then proceeded to gossip about us to her coworker loud enough for us to hear across the restaurant. i know this is college town but it was still super unprofessional. she didn’t offer to have the food remade or to give a refund.

We are in town from Idaho and had the pleasure of being helped by Dane. He was so knowledgeable about the beers, friendly and had amazing customer service. We thought he must have owned the establishment with us pride in his work. They are lucky to have him.

35 minutes later. Two separate orders and we are both waiting for a simple Cobb salad,

Quality of food has gone down. New management has terrible quality control. Chicken was dry and flavorless, bread was stale, service was lacking, and prices have steadily rose while quality has declined. Go to Cheba Hut or Potbelly
