I really liked my sandwich. I got the chicken club and added avocado. It was really good. I will be back to try some other food too!

Great atmosphere.. friendly service.. nice menu.. Great tasting food.. good selection of beer.

Best salads! Huge size and their dressings ate very good.

I ordered a few Turkados for my staff, as we are eating it doesn't taste right. We ALL open our sandwiches to find the TURKADO has no AVOCADO. Very disappointed given that I gave a lot of my business to this place.

I’m happy Board & Brew came to Poway. Parking is good and seating as well with nice spots inside, at the bar, and on the patio. The turkado is my go-to and almost any beer on tap. I went when Second Chance Beer Co. had a $5/pint promo so it was a win-win situation. I like the beachy, chill vibe of this and their other locations.

I recently went to Board & Brew and noticed one of the breads used is sq*** bread. This is a derogatory term for Native American women and girls. In November 2021, Interior Secretary Deb Haaland (a Native American woman herself) formed a task force and declared the word "squaw" derogatory. The federal government is working on renaming all of the 660+ placenames in the U.S. with the term. Additionally, there have been other efforts to remove the term outside of federal lands as well, such as Riverside's Backstreet Restaurant in 2015 and Palisades Tahoe ski resort in 2021. A quick Google search provides articles one this. Please rename this bread as soon as possible. I understand that this is standard naming for all Board & Brew locations and menus. I also understand that this is a type of bread and this name is commonly used. However, that does not change the fact that this business is using a derogatory slur. This can change. Other business have changed the name to just "brown bread." I am leaving a one star review here because I have not heard back from Board & Brew corporate on my requests sent to the company email and website on July 6 and 18, 2022. Please work to change this bread name here and with Board & Brew corporate. I have greatly enjoyed eating and drinking at Board & Brew over the years. And hope to continue to do so. I will gladly remove/revise this poor review once the bread is renamed.

It was good as always. Just need to make sure lids are completely on. Salad dressing spilled all over, inside bag.
