BO ASIAN BISTRO - CHINESE RESTAURANT

If you are wanting real Chinese food this is NOT the place for you. The rice does not taste good, it had an odd taste. Their fried dumplings were good. Their sesame chicken was ok. It was a disappointment food experience. Came to Austin for a vacay. Was the worst. I won’t ever come back to this restaurant. Update: 4/1/24 BEWARE!!!! I had food poisoning from this place from 3/25-31/2024. This place is not safe to eat. Yall are lucky my daughter did not eat any. I never in my life had food poisoning. It was the worst experience ever!! I had non-stop diarrhea. Will never return to nasty place. Just be careful yall!! Can’t trust how people cook food anymore. Better to cook at home and be safe. Am reading some of the reviews and there are others who also experienced poisoning. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED OR SHUT DOWN!!! YALL MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIFE!!!

You order at the counter and seat yourself. For new Chinese food restaurants I always order chicken and broccoli with hot and sour soup. Its a good way to compare them to all the others. If they pass this test I go back and try the rest of the menu. The chicken and broccoli was a solid 7, not bad, but the hot and sour soup smelled like old chicken stock and was inedible, I will not be going back. I really wanted this place to be good as it so so close to my office and house.

Bought 10 pc glazed chicken twice. First time was amazing. White chicken fried perfectly with amazing sauce. Second time it was cold, brown chicken looked, smelled, and tasted old and rotten. Also looked like someone hocked a loogie on top. Never again. 50$ order down the drain cause im not touching my other dish.

Used uber eats and it took them more than an hour just to prepare 2 food items and then they were salty and really bad.

Food is good but takes for ever for them to get out of the store sad deal

Middle of restaurant looked like a storage area, no one spoke to you. Signs directing every step. Sit here, order here. Food looked very different and tasted very different . Not very hot. Employee would not look at you when speaking to her at counter.
