Your response confirmed exactly what I complained about. I have a picture here of the tiny shelf that can barely accommodate one tray. I sat my catering bag in my cart, not on the ground, as you stated. I WILL NOT BE BULLIED BY YOU. My review is nowhere near false. Policies change all the time. When someone is picking up over $1,000 of food, it should be packaged to go in boxes and / or bags , not handed through a window like a sack lunch. Aluminum trays collapse when stacked if the restaurant doesn't properly package them. I suggest you take notes from velvet taco and other restaurants that care about the transportation of their product. As you can see, I didn't rate their food, I'm sure it's pretty good. But with this kind of response to a valid issue, I will never find out! UPDATE ABOVE! They don't have a place to pick up catering orders. They handed tray by tray through a window with nowhere to sit food carrying containers that should not be placed on the ground. The response I got was that "no one else complains about it." (This is a direct quote). Please expect more from places you order your food from.
