Bluestone Lane Los Altos Café

Very quaint. We sat at the outdoor patio. But the inside looks adorable too. The menu looks relatively healthy. The avocado smash was quite good. Parking: The parking lot next to the restaurant was quite full. We parked at the parking lot right across the street.

food was good, smoothie was so watered down but was mainly disappointed by their service. first, they kept us waiting for 15 minutes for a table we had already reserved and after the table was ready they never looked for us to tell us. second, they kicked us out after an hour of being there. we could not believe that. they gave us no warning, no heads up, nothing. the waitress came to our table and told us that there are people here and we really need to leave. after that, we stood outside because we weren't done chatting with our friends and she comes out and says that the party didn't even stay and we can go back in, how unbelievably disrespectful. worst service ever.

Since I looked up Bluestone I was excited about it !! Went with my hubby for breakfast yesterday. I was concerned about how busy it might be based on what I read on the reviews and the wait time so I made a reservation. We were seated promptly 0 wait time. Also, it was a Wednesday so let’s keep that in mind. He ordered a baked egg plate that was unavailable so he ordered another one and it turned out DELICIOUS, I ordered the lemon ricotta pancake and loved it! Presentation was great and it was big enough that I needed a box. Wait time in order a hostess can notice you to take your order was a bit long, but service was good and hostesses are pleasant and friendly. The ambience of place was also very cozy. Would absolutely be back! Ah, and the green tea was so authentic that it tasted like the one I tried in Singapore before! Something that I do not find here much with the taste and quality! Hands down.

I love coming to Bluestone Lane for a bite of something tasty and a coffee! Or something other than coffee, like a beet latte or ube chai. The pastries are always fresh, and the eggs are poached just right. And I appreciate the ease of digital order management. If you do decide to check it out - go on a weekday for brunch - it will be less crowded.

Understood they have a long waiting. So after we got our seat we scanned the QR to order faster. But there is no Green baked egg in the app. After waited for at least 20mins no servers helping us place the order. Then we ask someone in the front desk to help place order and they told us the green baked egg is not available but it’s still on the menu and no marked not available. Then we scanned the app to order but then we cannot put the lavender matcha in the cart on their app. But the server never mentioned this is not available it’s on the app as well. Till 30mins later still no one ask us or serve with food. Very disappointed experience. This is one of our go to Sunday brunch place…

Nice ambiance, great service, and very creative dishes.

The smoothies were $12 and lacked much flavor. Filled with crunchy ice. Jamba juice is better in taste and value.
