The guy who served us at the till got our order wrong which happens but the fact that I had the worst doughnut ever in NYC is just sad. The mini cinnamon doughnut was literally rock hard, it must have been there for days. Only positive thing is that the manager offered a refund for it. Dunkin or any cheaper chains are way better in my opinion and provide consistent quality.

Only single use plastic instead of real cups. Don‘t go there

The banana bread was pretty terrible & the matcha oat latte didn’t taste great. Service was friendly but I definitely recommend hitting any other coffee shop for better quality.
