I have to update my rating. We visited the cafe again and a very nice helpful guy named Anjo solved our issue immediately. Thank You!!! BEWARE OF SCAM!! I had a truly disappointing experience with this café, and the lack of response from the managers has only added to my frustration. I visited this place in March 2023 and was shocked by the level of service I received. Despite the appealing menu they advertised through their app, my order was a complete disaster. To make matters worse, I noticed that an unauthorized charge of around 40USD had been made to my credit card after my visit. I reached out to the café multiple times through emails, expressing my concern and seeking an explanation for the charge, but sadly, they never bothered to respond. This lack of communication only shows a complete disregard for their customers. It's clear that this café has little regard for customer satisfaction and proper business practices. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this place, as their lack of transparency and poor customer service are major red flags.

I was there yesterday, and I never write reviews but felt compelled to this time. Andre, a handsome young man (who is also the assistant manager) greeted me and my party of 2 others with a winsome smile and warm personality to match… he treated us like royalty while we were brunching. He was courteous, obliging and more than hospitable! His work ethic, impeccable as he serviced multiple tables at a time in the same courteous, professional manner. Truly a breath of fresh air!! The food at Bluestone is always reliably good.. The atmosphere at this Bluestone is country cottage comforting. I will certainly be back to this little jewel in battery park city.

Nice place to stop by and grab some good coffee and food. Andre is a great host, love the energy in the space. Definitely will be coming back. I highly recommend to others!
